1. Questions: I’d like to order a luggage that is out of stock. How long will I be waiting?
It is expected that this product will be put on sale in 7-10 days . Delivery actually takes 3 or 5 days.
2. How can I cancel my order?
A. If the order is already dispatched, it is unable to stop delivery at the moment. Please receive it firstly, then contact us for getting full refund. If this item still attracts you, you can also keep it. We will give you 20% refund.
B. If the order is not dispatched yet, we will cancel your order when receiving your application.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?/I have placed my order, what happens next?
A. If the order is shipped from the warehouse in China, it is expected to delivered to you in 5 or 7 days.
B. If the order is shipped from the warehouse in the U.S., it is expected to delivered to you in 2 or 3 days.
4. How do I track my luggage?
It usually takes 1 or 2 days to provide you with the tracking no. and carrier’s name. Then you can track the status of your order anytime.
5. My order arrived incomplete or damaged.Can I get refund?
Yes, we can usually give you full refund within 30 days after you receiving the order. Please provide the related images for confirmation.
If you still want the luggage, we can exchange a new luggage for you too.
6. How do I get my refund?
As for the refund, I will explain to you that the refund method vary according to different payments. Actually the refund will return to your original account. It takes 1-3 days for credit card, and it takes 1-2 weeks for bank payment.
